Want Perfect Flawless Skin?

Everyone wants to have perfect skin – but what do you do??? Here is what I recommend:

1. Drink Plenty of Water – it hydrates your skin and flushes out all the toxins in your system.

2. Always GENTLY wash your face – Try not to use harsh scrubs or expensive serums. All you need are products from your health food store – use organic or all natural products for your face. For example, Shea Butter is a wonderful product to hydrate your skin in the winter or if you have dry skin. For Oily skin use something with products with tomato in it or pineapple, they have natural acids that will clear out the oil. You can use Vitiman E (Only the Pure liquid kind) as your serum and Primrose Oil is great for wrinkles!

3. Clearsonic Brush – its a bit expensive but its a great tool to have! It deep cleans all the dirt that collects on your face and can help clear up your skin – even if you have large pores!!

4. Take a multi-vitamin and fish oil capsules – these work great for your skin with the Omega 3

5. Always use sunscreen – even in the winter time or when you have no sun

6. Last but not least ALWAYS be happy Stress ages you!! So keep smiling!

I just wanted to take some time and tell you that you are beautiful just the way you are! Dont try to compare yourself to any of these Photoshoped pictures. You have your unique features and all that matters most is how you feel about yourself and your personality! Remember – you are a hottie and fabulous naturally and these types of images are just fake!!

As 2009 comes to a close I wanted to share with everyone my top favorite makeup products! I have experimented with so many different brands and products that I found a few that I just absolutely fell in love with and can not live without! Here it goes…. try them and Im sure you will love them too! let me know what you think in the comments

1. NARS Orgasm blush – AWESOME AWESOME AWESOME blush on ANY skin tone

2. Urban Decay 24/7 Eyeliners – These stay on forever and have an amazing color range!

3. Urban Decay Primer Potion – a definate MUST have under any shadow! It will not allow your eyeshadow to crease and it will make the eye makeup to stay on all day/night long!

4. Chanel Glossimers – These are amazing glosses that stay on and feel wonderful!

5. MAC Liquidlast liner – this liner will NOT move – even with tons of tears or rubbing on eyes!

6. OPI Nailpolish – “Bubble Bath“ – Wonderful all natural nail color perfect for everyday or even your special day!

Henna Time!

ok so I was experimenting with my new Bollywood Henna Kit that I got from Mr Ash Kumar and it was pretty interesting. So at last night around midnight I FINALLY got my mix right and took the plunge of putting henna on myself….. as soon as I put it on I started wiping it off and within those 10 mins it was on my skin the henna has come out pretty dark! Imagine for the brides who keep it on all night…. talk about amazing color! Well here is my midnight… Im experimenting design….

Training in London with Mr Ash Kumar

I am currently in London this week and next studying under Mr Ash Kumar – what a ADVENTURE!!! He is such an amazing guy and such a wonderful teacher! Im currently learning his techniques on henna makeup and hair! If you dont know anything about Mr Ash Kumar – just google him! He is the worlds fastest henna artist and has done his work for Madonna, Julia Roberts, and Tons of Bollywood stars!!

UPDATE: I finally finished my course and am back in the states Here is a pic of Mr Ash Kumar with me!
